Dental insurance is an important part of dentistry today. At Jeff Takahashi, DDS, we accept most PPO dental insurance plans. Please bring your insurance card to your first visit so we can help ensure that you receive the maximum allowable benefits offered under your plan.
If you have dental insurance related questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
At Jeff Takahashi, DDS we do not accept HMO insurance plans, Medi-Cal and Denti-Cal.

Payment Options

We accept cash, debit cards and all major credit cards.
*There is a service fee of 3.99% for any card transaction.
Patients receive a 10% courtesy discount when your total is paid in full with cash or check at time of service.
